Privacy Policy
This website is a near-static, cookieless document. We collect as little as a website can, we run no analytics or tracking of our own, and we never sell your data. This policy explains the little we do process, and why.

Who we are
This website, assay.guide (the “Site”), is operated by AAA Flowers Inc (operating as “Medici Finance”), a Panama corporation (“we”, “us”, or “our”). For the purposes of applicable data-protection law, AAA Flowers Inc is the party responsible for the personal data described in this policy.
If you have any question about this policy or about how we handle personal data, or if you wish to exercise a privacy right, contact us by written notice to AAA Flowers Inc via hello@assay.guide.
Our approach in one paragraph
The Site is a near-static, informational website and blog about the Assay verification and agent-engineering methodology. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking software of its own. There is no advertising, no sale of personal data, and no cross-site tracking. The limited data described below is what any website necessarily receives in order to be served securely, plus the details you choose to give us if you subscribe to our email updates or play an embedded video.
Information we process
We process the following limited categories of information.
1. Server access logs (hosting)
The Site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web server, the hosting infrastructure records standard server access logs when a page is requested — typically your IP address, your browser’s user-agent string, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used only to serve, secure, and operate the Site (for example, to deliver pages and to defend against abuse and attacks), and are handled by Cloudflare in accordance with Cloudflare’s own practices. We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
2. The metrics endpoint (metrics.assay.guide)
Some pages display live methodology figures. To do this, the page fetches those figures from our own subdomain, metrics.assay.guide, with credentials omitted and no cookies. That subdomain is a data-serving endpoint only: it returns published figures and performs no visitor analytics or tracking. As with any web request, the server answering that request may see the requesting IP address, but it is not used to profile or track visitors.
3. Embedded videos (YouTube, privacy-enhanced mode)
Some articles embed an explainer video using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). The embed does not contact Google or YouTube when the page loads. It contacts them only if you click play. At that point, Google may receive your IP address and may set cookies on your device, as described in Google’s own privacy policy. Google’s handling of that data is governed by Google’s / YouTube’s Privacy Policy. If you do not play a video, Google is not contacted.
4. Email subscription (Mailchimp)
Our blog offers an optional email subscription. When you subscribe, you provide your email address (and, optionally, which content category interests you). This subscription is handled by Mailchimp, operated by The Rocket Science Group LLC, an Intuit company, which processes your details as our email service provider so that we can send you the updates you asked for. Mailchimp’s handling of that data is governed by its own privacy policy, available at intuit.com/privacy/statement (see also mailchimp.com/legal/privacy). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email we send.
Cookies
The Site sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking or analytics scripts. The only circumstance in which a cookie may be set is if you choose to play an embedded YouTube video, in which case Google may set cookies as described above and in Google’s privacy policy.
How we use information, and with whom we share it
We use the limited information described above only to:
- serve, secure, and operate the Site and its metrics endpoint;
- send you the email updates you have asked to receive; and
- comply with our legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not track you across other websites. The only third parties that process data in connection with the Site are the service providers named in this policy — our host (Cloudflare), the video provider you choose to invoke by pressing play (Google / YouTube), and our email service provider (Mailchimp) — each acting for the limited purpose described above. We may also disclose information where required to do so by law.
International processing and retention
We are based in Panama, and the service providers named above operate globally. This means the limited data described in this policy may be processed in countries other than your own, including by those providers under their own terms.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy: server access logs are retained for a limited period consistent with security and operation, and your email-subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to remove them. [CONFIRM: whether AAA Flowers Inc wishes to state a definite log-retention period.]
Your privacy rights
We are committed to handling personal data fairly and transparently wherever you are in the world. As a Panama corporation, we handle personal data in accordance with Panama’s data-protection law, Law 81 of 2019 on the protection of personal data, and its implementing regulations.
Subject to and in the manner provided by applicable law, you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, and to delete it; and you may withdraw your consent to our email updates at any time (the quickest way is the unsubscribe link in any email). To make any such request, contact us by written notice to AAA Flowers Inc via hello@assay.guide. We will respond as required by applicable law.
Residents of other jurisdictions may have additional statutory rights. We will honour those rights to the extent they apply to us. [CONFIRM: whether counsel wishes to add itemized region-specific rights frameworks (for example, GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) at a later date — deliberately out of scope for this version.]
Children
The Site is an informational website intended for a professional audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at hello@assay.guide and we will delete it. [CONFIRM: any age threshold or children’s-data clause required for the intended audience.]
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here, and your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
